FIA Panel is a community of consumers who voluntarily participate in market research. The information collected through the panel is combined and analysed to identify consumer trends. Your individual responses are treated confidentially and are never sold as personal information.

How you can earn
Points vary according to the length and complexity of each activity. Some research activities may offer a direct incentive or entry into a prize draw instead of points — this will always be explained in the invitation.

Eligibility
You may apply to join FIA Panel if you:
- Meet the minimum age requirement shown during registration
- Live in a country or area currently covered by FIA Panel
- Have access to a mobile phone, email address or another approved communication channel
- Are willing to provide accurate registration information
- Agree to participate honestly and follow the FIA Panel membership rules
- Consent to the collection and use of your information for legitimate market-research purposes
Registration is free. You should never be asked to pay a fee to join FIA Panel or participate in a legitimate FIA Panel survey. Membership is subject to verification and availability within the required demographic and geographic groups.
Your privacy matters
Field and Insights Africa is committed to protecting your personal information. Your identity will not ordinarily be included in reports provided to clients unless you have given specific consent and the research activity clearly requires it. Your information is managed in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements, including the Protection of Personal Information Act where applicable.

Is it free to join FIA Panel?
Yes. Registration and membership are completely free. FIA Panel will never charge you to join or complete a legitimate research activity.
Will I receive a survey immediately after registering?
Not necessarily. Survey invitations depend on the requirements of each research project and whether your profile matches the audience needed.
How often will I receive surveys?
The number of invitations varies, since research projects require different locations, age groups, household types or consumer experiences.
How long does a survey take?
Survey length varies. The estimated completion time will normally be provided before you begin.
Will I qualify for every survey?
No. Some surveys include screening questions to confirm whether you match the study requirements.
How do I earn points?
You earn points by successfully completing eligible surveys or other approved research activities, as explained in each invitation.
When can I redeem my points?
You can request a reward after reaching the required points balance. Thresholds may differ by country or campaign.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Each person may register only one FIA Panel account. Duplicate, false or shared accounts may be suspended or removed.
Can another person complete my surveys?
No. Survey invitations are selected for you based on your profile, and you must provide your own honest answers.
Can I leave FIA Panel?
Yes. You may request to close your account and stop receiving invitations, subject to the Membership Terms and Privacy Notice.
